East Coast Krav Maga Scotland provides high quality self-defence training at Expert Level for everyone. Our mission is to empower individuals with the necessary skills to protect themselves in any situation. We are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for learning and personal development for everyone.

Krav Maga Classes
We provide dedicated, professional self-defence training for adults and children through reality based scenarios. Our weekly classes are fun, interactive and physical.
Your first class is free of charge with no obligation to join. So come along and try it out!
Krav Maga Aberdeen
Our Aberdeen classes are on Tuesday and Thursday.
Krav Junior Aberdeen - Tuesday, 5pm
Krav Adults Aberdeen - Tuesday 7.30pm
Krav Adults Aberdeen - Thursday 7.30pm
All classes are held in Danestone Community Centre. Fairview Street, Aberdeen, AB22 8ZP
Krav Maga Dundee
Our Dundee classes are on Wednesday and Saturday.
Krav Junior Dundee - Wednesday 5.45pm
Krav Adults Dundee - Wednesday 7.30pm

Krav Maga training system
Our training system is designed to cater to individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We are affiliated and follow the training syllabus of Krav Maga Global. Our classes incorporate a wide selection of self-defence techniques, including weapon disarmament, preventions and de-escalating potential threatening altercations.

Susan Chalmers - Expert Instructor
Susan is qualified to Expert Level 1 with extensive experience in teaching Krav Maga to adults and children across the East Coast of Scotland. Susan is the owner/director of East Coast Krav Maga Scotland Ltd.
